7 Important facts i wish i new when i started my first small business

 Here are some important tips I wish I knew when I started my first small business:

2.     Have a business plan. A business plan is a roadmap for your business. It should include your goals, strategies, and how you plan to achieve them.

3.     Get funding. Unless you're lucky enough to have the money to start your business outright, you'll need to find a way to fund it. There are a number of options available, including loans, grants, and crowdfunding.

4.     Build a team. No one can do everything on their own, so it's important to build a team of people who can help you with your business. This could include employees, contractors, or freelancers.

5.     Market your business. Once you have your business up and running, you need to get the word out. This includes creating a marketing plan and executing it.

6.     Provide excellent customer service. Customer service is key to any successful business. Make sure you provide excellent customer service to your customers, and they'll be more likely to come back for more.
